Brad Niebling, MS, PhD
Brad Niebling is the assistant director of technical assistance and professional development at the Iowa Reading Research Center. In this role, Brad oversees planning for the annual Iowa Science of Reading Summit, coordinates technical assistance and professional development services, and works with the Iowa Department of Education to support select statewide literacy initiatives. Previously, Brad served as a bureau chief for the Iowa Department of Education and as a school psychologist at Heartland Area Education Agency. He has an MS and a PhD in educational psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of the office, you might find him watching movies, doing home improvement projects, or spending time with his family and chocolate lab, Baxter.
