Anna Holub

Biography

As a graduate assistant for the Iowa Reading Research Center, Anna is eager to contribute to literacy improvement across Iowa. In her role, she supports the caregiver data literacy project, which aims to help caregivers of K–12 students interpret their child’s reading assessment results. Previously, Anna worked as a shift supervisor at the Iowa Social Science Research Center and a substitute associate in Des Moines Public Schools. Anna has a BA in elementary education with endorsements in reading and special education from the University of Iowa, and she is currently pursuing an MA in special education. When the weather is nice, Anna loves spending time outdoors on walks or hikes.
