Kate Will is the communications specialist at the Iowa Reading Research Center. In this role, she helps connect educators, caregivers, and researchers with IRRC research and resources through the center’s website, monthly email update, blog posts, technical reports, and other media. She is also the coordinator of the Writing Resource, where she provides one-on-one writing support for graduate students in the University of Iowa College of Education. She has a BA in Spanish and an MA in linguistics with a concentration in teaching English as a second language from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, testing out new baking recipes, and visiting the dog park with her goldendoodle, Toby.
