Kathleen Konrardy is principal at Our Lady of Guadalupe Spanish Immersion School, part of Holy Family Catholic Schools in Dubuque. She is also an adjunct professor at Loras College.

Kathleen has 18 years of experience in the education field, having also taught elementary school special education. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a reading endorsement from Loras College in 2003, and a master’s degree in special education with Strategist I and II endorsements from Morningside University in 2017. She is a member of the Iowa Reading Association (where she previously served as president) and the Reading Educators’ Association of Dubuque.

She currently resides in Cascade with her husband and children. She enjoys attending her children’s sporting events and traveling.
