Biography

Lindsay Seydel is excited by the opportunity to use her professional experiences as an educator to support the literacy learning of students. Previously, Lindsay has worked as an elementary school teacher and as the pre-kindergarten–Grade 6 instructional coach for the West Branch Community School District. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s degree in reading science from Mount St. Joseph University. Lindsay also holds a Dyslexia Specialist Endorsement from the University of Iowa. She currently serves as a board member with both Decoding Dyslexia Iowa and the Iowa branch of the International Dyslexia Association. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her four sons and attending their various sporting events.
