With a passion for ensuring quality education for all students, Nikki is looking forward to maximizing the IRRC’s statewide efforts in literacy development and education. Previously, she worked in project management for a digital marketing agency and as an administrative support coordinator for the Iowa Lions Eye Bank. Nikki also worked at the University of Iowa for over 10 years providing crisis support for students. She earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a master’s degree in college student personnel from Bowling Green State University. Nikki enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, watching television and documentaries, and needleworking.
