Nina A. Lorimor-Easley, MS, MEd
Nina Lorimor-Easley is the former associate director for technical assistance at the Iowa Reading Research Center. She began her literacy journey through personal experience as she supported her sons in their quest to become readers. Eventually, as a private tutor and co-founder of a private dyslexia clinic, she earned a Master of Education in curriculum development from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Science in educational psychology from Kaplan University. She also has a graduate certification in language-based learning disabilities and dyslexia. Nina is committed to helping Iowa educators learn more about explicit, systematic, and cumulative instruction. Nina enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her three children and grandson, and serving on the board of Decoding Dyslexia Iowa.
