Biography

Nina Lorimor-Easley began her literacy journey through personal experience as she supported her sons in their quest to become readers. Eventually, as a private tutor and co-founder of a private dyslexia clinic, she earned her master’s degrees in curriculum development from Southern New Hampshire University and educational psychology from Kaplan University, as well as earning graduate certification in language-based learning disabilities and dyslexia. Nina is committed to helping Iowa educators learn more about explicit, systematic, and cumulative instruction. Nina enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her three children and grandson, and serving on the board of Decoding Dyslexia Iowa.
