Olivia is dedicated to empowering educators, caregivers, and students by providing clear communication and valuable resources that contribute to successful literacy development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English and creative writing from the University of Iowa. While working at the Iowa Reading Research Center as an undergraduate student, Olivia was a writer for the Varied Practice Reading project. In their current position, Olivia contributes to social media and other communications initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing poetry, cooking, and art-making.
