Biography

As a graduate assistant at the Iowa Reading Research Center, Natalie supports research into caregivers’ knowledge of their children’s literacy data and assessments. Previously, she was the center’s family resource coordinator, leading assistive technology consultations with families. Natalie has a bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing sciences from the University of Iowa, and she is currently pursuing a master’s in speech-language pathology. Outside of the IRRC, you can find Natalie volunteering at the Iowa City Animal Shelter or playing flute in the Iowa City Flute Choir.
